Payment and Apartment Exterior

Payment will be made on site in cash at check-in.
Minimum rental duration: 3 days.
During the stay: Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Designated outdoor space.
Regarding the use of the pool and jacuzzi, diving or jumping is prohibited, supervise children.
As for the garden, respect the place, don’t pick fruit without discussing it, don’t walk everywhere, supervise children.

Water being a precious resource, please do not waste it (clicking taps).
Do not damage the accommodation and furniture, otherwise repair fees will be required.
Report any malfunction immediately.
At night, when leaving a room, please turn off the light.
When using an electric or gas appliance, remember to turn it off when finished.
If you are cooking, close the hallway/kitchen door, open the window and/or kitchen door, turn on the extractor fan.
Parking spaces available within the property, gates must always be locked.
